Quality Assurance Program

Bremco, Inc. is an industrial contractor that is committed to the principals of the NBIC and A.S.M.E. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes. As a result, Bremco, Inc. maintains “R”, “S”, and “U” Certificates of Authorization. Bremco, Inc. has an established Quality Control Program to insure that all requirements of the A.S.M.E. and NBIC are met. Our procedures for material control, fabrication, inspection, etc. are outlined in this Q.C. Manual.

The individuals in our Quality Assurance Department are qualified visual examiners in accordance with A.N.S.I.-SNT-TC-1A, Recommended Practice for the Qualification and Certification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel.

We are required to provide our Authorized Inspectors the option to establish hold points when working on boilers and pressure vessels. These hold points are established to insure that proper procedures are being instituted. However, Bremco, Inc. also feels it is equally important that the customer be given the opportunity to establish hold points on any project.

After as ASME/NBIC code project is completed, Bremco, Inc. supplies the customer a Quality Control Documentation Package outlining the work performed. This package may include documentation such as: NBIC Forms(s), Manufacturer’s Partial Data Reports, Process Sheet(s) (work procedures), Weld Procedure Specification(s), Welder Qualifications, Material Receiving Reports, Material Test Reports, Weld Inspection Travelers and Drawings outlining repairs, fabrication and/or alterations.
