Synopsis: Perform a variety of repairs for the original equipment manufacturer consisting of turn key mechanical services. Provide repairs and alterations to heat recovery steam generators and boilers located in gas turbine and waste to energy plants.

Provide all required services to include mechanical, fabrication, crane & rigging, insulation & lagging, refractories, machining, NDE, and project management.

Completely remove and replace the primary and secondary superheaters in three (3) heat recovery boilers. Install all Section 1 piping required between the superheaters including de-superheater and control valve stations. Develop all required weld procedures for inconel specialty welding. Remove and alter boiler sidewall tubes to accommodate the additional spacing the superheaters required. Plug and seal the steam and mud drums as required.

Drill additional tube holes required in both the steam and mud drums to add additional sidewall heating surface. Provide all NDE services and stress relieving as required. Install all casing and refractories as required.

Install additional economizer modules on each of three (3) boiler units. Modify feedwater piping as required to integrate the additional economizer section. Provide all duct modifications as required.
